Clinic receptionists face overwhelming rush hours where they must handle both pre-booked online patients and unexpected walk-in patients. Managing tokens manually on paper leads to token jumping, double bookings, angry patients, and lack of clarity on doctor arrival times.

My Solution

I designed the Chamber Admin & Reception Desk Portal specifically optimized for fast front-desk operation. Receptionists can register walk-in patients in 10 seconds, print physical token receipts, merge online and offline queues seamlessly, display live token numbers on waiting room TV screens, and mark fee payments collected at the counter.

The Outcome

Deployed across 100+ diagnostic centers and private clinics. Completely eliminated waiting room chaos, reduced token disputes to zero, and provided clinic managers with transparent daily cash desk reconciliation.
