The challenge was twofold:
First, a premium digital presence was absolutely required to position The Fluffy Lounge as a trusted, luxury destination for pet grooming, veterinary services, wellness treatments, and premium pet care across Silchar and the Barak Valley.
Second, the business needed an incredibly efficient, custom internal management system capable of handling inventory, purchases, sales, stock movement, services, suppliers, expenses, and day-to-day operations—without relying on multiple disconnected, off-the-shelf tools that didn't talk to each other.
To address these requirements, I delivered a complete digital transformation solution. The public-facing website was designed to create a luxury brand experience, helping pet parents discover services, learn about pet wellness, explore facilities, and book appointments with confidence.
