To digitize their complete logistics workflow, I engineered TransPro (Version 4.1.2), a custom, enterprise-grade Transport Management ERP built specifically for heavy logistics operators.
The core of the system is the Unified Vehicle Module, which seamlessly links 89+ Vehicle Owners, 88+ Drivers, and active trucks into a single database entity. This allows the dispatch team to instantly generate a Bilty (Consignment Note) and initiate a trip tracking log simultaneously.
For the accounts department, I built a massive Party Payments & Settlement Ledger that constantly tracks remaining balances across all 22+ active consignees. The live Operations Dashboard provides a high-level view of system performance, showing live trip volume, pending Bilty logs, and total daily revenue, ensuring Green Line Transport maintains total control over their supply chain operations.
The Outcome
TransPro successfully digitized over 150+ monthly transport trips in its initial run. By automating Bilty generation and digital party settlements, Green Line Transport drastically reduced paperwork errors and gained real-time, actionable insights into their massive fleet operations.
