The Challenge: Maqbool Garden needed a robust, centralized School Management Information System (SMIS) to digitize their entire operational workflow. They required a custom ERP capable of seamlessly tying together administration, academics, and finance under one secure dashboard, completely eliminating paperwork.
To completely digitize their campus, I engineered Maqbool Garden SMIS Version 1.14, a highly secure, multi-module enterprise resource planning (ERP) system built entirely from the ground up.
The web application features over a dozen deeply integrated modules. I developed an advanced Enrollment & Student Management system to track parent details and grades, alongside a Teachers & Salary Management module that tracks staff designations and payroll grades.
For the finance team, I built a complex Fees Management System capable of handling diverse fee types (Admission, Monthly, Exam), assigning them to specific classes, dynamically generating fee cards, and printing instant payment receipts. Additionally, the system automates heavy academic lifting by generating instant Student ID cards, issuing Exam Admit Cards, and managing year-over-year academic sessions.
The Maqbool Garden ERP drastically reduced administrative overhead, eliminated manual calculation errors, and provided the school's management with real-time analytics into their financial and academic performance, setting a new digital standard for regional school management.
