The Challenge: Managing 10,000+ active student enrollments, tracking franchise payments, distributing study materials, and verifying global certificates manually was unsustainable. They required a custom Web App with distinct privilege tiers to empower local center directors while retaining absolute control and oversight at the corporate headquarters.
I engineered a full-scale EdTech Management ERP Web Application structured around three highly specialized administrative portals, transforming how NIAC operates globally.
At the top tier, the Super Admin Panel provides the corporate team with a macro-view of the entire global operation. From this command center, administrators can approve new Authorized Study Centres (ASCs), manage master course catalogs, track global revenue, and audit every action taken by lower-tier users.
Each of the 300+ franchise locations was equipped with their own ASC Admin Panel. This localized dashboard allows center directors to register new students, process local fee collections, request examination access, and download official NIAC marketing collateral, all while synced seamlessly to the main corporate database.
Finally, I developed a personalized Student Admin Panel. Upon enrollment, every student receives private credentials to access study materials, track their course progression, view internal exam results, and instantly download their verifiable, globally recognized certificates.
The comprehensive ERP system completely eradicated manual paperwork. It automated the certification lifecycle and provided NIAC with real-time analytics, empowering them to focus on scaling their curriculum rather than managing administrative bottlenecks.
