The Challenge: Franchise owners needed a unified system to manage their local operations—registering walk-in students, collecting fees, and requesting exam papers—without relying on manual email chains with the corporate HQ. The system had to be secure, ensuring that a center could only access data belonging to its specific students.
To empower franchise owners, I engineered the ASC (Authorized Study Centre) Management Portal—a robust, localized ERP dashboard designed specifically for center directors.
This B2B portal acts as the operational heartbeat for each franchise. From this dashboard, center administrators can rapidly onboard new students, track local fee collections, and monitor class attendance. The interface was designed to be intuitive, requiring zero technical training for center staff to operate effectively.
I also integrated an Exam & Operations Module, allowing centers to request internal examination papers and download official NIAC marketing collateral seamlessly. All data inputted by the ASC is instantly synced with the central Super Admin database, providing corporate HQ with real-time analytics on each franchise's performance.
The ASC portal drastically reduced communication overhead between franchises and headquarters. By automating localized student management and fee tracking, franchise owners could focus on growing their local business, directly driving NIAC's massive global expansion.
