They urgently needed a unified enterprise platform capable of instantly flagging low-stock medicines, warning about expired batches, and seamlessly routing patient billing without crashing.
To completely revolutionize their clinical and retail workflows, I deployed MK HealthERP Pro (Version 11.5.6), an incredibly powerful, dual-engine healthcare management system.
The first engine focuses entirely on Hospital Management (IPD & OPD). It allows staff to instantly allocate the hospital's 10 Ward Beds and 2 Cabins, track 44 active doctors and 11 staff members, and log real-time patient admissions (down to the exact emergency contact and guardian details). I also built a specific tracking module for their network of 34+ Asha workers.
The second engine acts as a massive Pharmacy Database. The system automatically tracks over 1,936 medicine items, constantly scanning for expiry dates across 246 drug brands. When items like Shelcal M or EPTOIN 300 ER hit critically low stocks or expire, the dashboard actively alerts the pharmacy manager to prevent massive financial losses.
Noble Care Hospital now operates entirely on a single, unified digital ecosystem. Having processed over 3,949 pharmacy bills and countless patient admissions, the software has completely eliminated inventory shrinkage and dramatically improved patient care speed across the entire Lakhipur facility.
